Consulting
Agent infrastructure, governed AI platforms, and standards-as-code — advisory retainer, scoped builds, or transition and handoff support.
Ardent Tools builds agent infrastructure: the standards gates, guardrails, memory systems, and review loops that let AI agents do real engineering work someone else can verify. The systems on this site and the recordings are the actual sales page — this page just states the shapes of engagement, not a pitch.
No client list yet. This is a new practice — the systems and recordings above are the track record until there’s a signed engagement and the client’s own written permission to be named.

Engagement shapes
Advisory retainer
Ongoing input on agent-infrastructure architecture, standards design, and review-loop design — a few hours a week, sized to the problem, not a fixed weekly meeting for its own sake.
Scoped build
A defined deliverable: a standards-as-code layer, a guardrail system, an agent tool surface, a review pipeline. Fixed scope, fixed outcome, verified before it's called done.
Transition or handoff support
Taking an existing agent system from prototype to something a team can run without the original builder in the room — documentation, gates, and tests that make the system checkable, not just working on one machine.
